What technology do you use?
We record using a 64 bit custom built PC running Windows 11 / Cakewalk Sonar Platinum at 24 bit depth and 48k sampling rate
Can you use other studios’ media files?
Yes – we can import files of most any type into our projects
Can you record live bands?
Yes – we can accommodate live bands if they are not too large
Can you correct vocal pitch and timing issues?
Yes. although there is a practical limit to what can be achieved and still sound natural. That being said, robotic effects can be achieved using the same technology
Is it necessary to re-record a complete take if you make a mistake?
Not necessarily – we can normally do a “punch” or splice but several factors are involved:
Is the tempo matched?
is the performance the same?
Are there any parts where the splice will be obvious? This shows up in tracks such as cymbals which overhang or continue past the splice, for example
